Preparation

PRESSURE FRY: 19 - 22 minutes at 325°F. (Place thighs in open pressure fryer for 3 - 4 minutes. Add drums. Fry for 16 - 18 minutes more.) OPEN FRY: 21 - 24 minutes at 350°F. (Place thighs in fryer for 3 - 4 minutes. Add drums. Fry 18 - 20 minutes more.)
