Tyson K12 Debuts Nutritious & Convenient Individually Wrapped Breakfast Sandwich

SPRINGDALE, Ark. (July 11, 2011)— Tyson K12 introduced its brand new Tyson Power Upz™ Ultimate Sausage Sandwich at its first ever Tyson Innovation Premiere in Nashville. The individually wrapped breakfast sandwich includes whole-grain pancakes layered with savory, all- dark- meat commodity chicken breakfast sausage, fluffy grilled egg and American cheese.

Research shows that students age 13-18 rank pancakes as one of their top choices for breakfast breads and sausage as one of the most common breakfast proteins .
